PRIVACY POLICY

This website (“Website”) is created by and for Tiny Elephant Studios (TE).  The primary purpose of TI’s website is to be a resource tool to help you learn about us. The following provides an overview of the type of information we expect you to share with us and the measures we take to protect the privacy of that information.

We do not gather any information from you, other than information that you provide to us, which at this time is limited to your name and email address when you enter them in order to access TE’s Capabilities Deck (“Your Data”).

Use of Your Data

We use Your Data only for the purpose of possibly communicating with you. We do not use any cookies, nor do we sell Your Data to any third parties. At times we may analyze Your Data to determine what is most effective about our Website, to help us identify ways to improve it, and to determine how we can tailor our Website to make it more effective.

Security of Your Data

We seek to use reasonable measures commensurate with the nature and size of our business to protect your personal information. Unfortunately, no information transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, or you have any specific questions regarding the privacy of your data that is not addressed in this Privacy Policy or wish for us to delete Your Data from our records or to correct Your Data, please send us an email at: hi@tinyelephantstudios.com.

Our Website provides links to other online services and websites for your convenience and information (e.g., LinkedIn, Substack, Tellie, Discord, Spotify, and Instagram links). These services and websites operate independently from us. The privacy practices of these third parties, including details on the information they may collect about you, are subject to their own privacy statements and TI is not responsible for these third parties’ information gathering and privacy or other practices.

Third Party Web Analytics Services

While TE does not use Cookies directly, we use third-party online analytics services, such as Google Analytics.
